The oven is specifically designed for busy kitchens and has a touch-screen digital electronic timer and buzzer, which also flashes the light in the oven when cooking is completed - great for noisy areas. The addition of a handy humidity injection function (requires water connection) ensures pastries retain their texture and roast meats are cooked perfectly without drying out. Please note: this is the touch screen digital control model with humidity injection. If used in a hard water area, water softening is recommended (filters sold separately).
