Made in the UK, the Lincat can fit up to three 2/3rd size GN pans or 460x330mm baking trays simultaneously - ideal for smaller or lower demand sites. Two-speed bi-directional fans give you the precision to cook even delicate foods, whilst the touch-screen digital panel with buzzer and flashing oven lights ensure you know when the cook is complete - even during a busy service. The addition of a handy humidity injection function (requires water connection) ensures pastries retain their texture and roast meats are cooked perfectly without drying out. Please note: this is the touch screen digital control model with humidity injection. If used in a hard water area, water softening is recommended (filters sold separately).
