The grill features both a flat and ribbed plate that provide excellent cooking flexibility. The flat cast iron griddle plate maximises contact between the heat and the food to ensure consistent results, whilst speeding-up cooking to help keep queues down. On the ribbed side, grease and fat is channelled away from your food, helping promote healthier dishes and provide attractive branding lines. The cast iron plates retain more heat for longer, which greatly reduces time waiting to reach cooking temperatures. The HOST grill also includes a built-in removable drip tray that helps keep the surface contaminant-free.
