The flat cast iron griddle plate maximises contact between the heat and the food to ensure consistent results whilst speeding-up cooking to help keep queues down. As all the plates are made from cast iron they retain more heat for longer. This means that recovery times are greatly reduced - so that's less time waiting for cooking temperatures to be reached. The HOST grill also includes a built-in removable drip tray that helps to keep the grill surface clean and contaminant-free.
