For consistent cooking results time and again, this convection oven features a single direction low-velocity fan and mechanical thermostat for reliable heating. The Blue Seal E931M features a full hygienic pressed stainless-steel top and vitreous porcelain enamel interior, which makes cleaning and maintenance simple. Easy to position thanks to its compact design, the unit also features a safe-touch vented door with a stay-cool handle for safe operation. Please note: the hob is single phase hardwired only.
