Easy to position and simple to operate, the Blue Seal Turbofan convection oven features a mechanical thermostat and a manual 60m timer with 'time up' alarm. Cleaning and maintaining the unit is simple as the oven features an easy-clean glass door system. The interior of the oven has a vitreous enamelled coating that is quick and easy to clean compared to stainless steel liners. For user safety, the Turbofan oven is fitted with vented Safe-Touch doors that limit heat absorption and reduces the heat being transferred to the surface of the glass panel.
