Whether it's being used as part of an assisted service or self service setup, the UK-made LD4 Lincat Seal electric food warmer is a great choice for keeping food warm and appealing for longer. Able to accommodate up to four full-size (1/1GN) gastronorm pans, the Lincat offers plenty of space for your delicious menu items. Heat is channeled from the base, as well as infra-red lighting from the gantry to combine great presentation and safe food holding. The base also includes accurate temperature control, so you can adjust the settings to reflect the food on display. The gantry also includes a handy sneeze screen, providing partial protection from airborne contaminents. And once service is over, the whole unit is easy to clean, with strong stainless steel, aluminium and glass construction throughout. Please note: Stainless steel GN pans sold separately.
