The top hob section is also fully pressed, making it easy to clean - even after a hectic service. Below, the main oven 4kW can accommodate three full-size (1/1GN) gastronorm trays, so there's plenty of space for large batches of meats, vegetables or seafood. The Open 800 oven is fan assisted too, helping to speed up cooking times whilst maintaining a consistent temperature on all the shelves.
