Constructed with a polished steel and aluminium profile, the rectilinear design supports up to 3/1 gastronorm pans and is chilled through an underslung condensing unit above the cold well. Toughened double sneeze screens and side panels protect foodstuffs from a regular stream of customers, and the interior deck plates can be removed for easy cleaning and maintenance.
