This makes it ideal for events catering or buffet stations that require easy access to hot water. The user-friendly temperature select function enables you to choose from 40, 50, 60, 85 or 98°C, and boils to 100°C (keeps warm at 98°C). This gives you excellent serving flexibility, allowing the airpot to be used for a variety of food and drinks.
