Then the Bain Marie with drain tap from Host is exactly what you need. With a large 21-litre capacity, the Bain Marie is easily adaptable to suit different serving configurations. This allows it to house 1 x 1/1GN container up to 150mm deep - ideal for display large quantities of food in a single place. The user-friendly adjustable temperature controls ensure consistent heating, whilst the overheat protection prevents the Bain Marie from getting too hot and ruining food. As it's made primarily from stainless steel, the unit is highly durable and easy to clean - staying in as-new condition throughout many uses to come Once service is over the front-mounted tap makes it easy to drain and ready for cleaning - which is easy thanks to the stainless steel construction.
