Part of the high quality commercial Dominator Plus range, the Falcon E3902i induction boiling top has been specifically designed to provide powerful, instant heat whilst still being exceptionally efficient and reliable. With two separate 5kW heat zones over its 6mm toughened glass hob, the boiling top is very easy to clean and can simply be wiped down at the end of service.
