Features easy to use digital controls, including 120 minute timer, alarm and 10 program storage. This oven has a bi-directional fan, which delivers improved heat distribution and therefore more even cooking throughout the entire oven chamber. The oven door has a double glass panel with an LED internal light for easy monitoring of cooking progress. The internal glass panel can be easily removed for cleaning. The oven is supplied with a 13A plug on a 1.8m cable, making it ideal for any application, from a small café's main oven to offering additional capacity to a larger kitchen.
