Always use a suitable size heat source for pan size. Do not allow the flame or heat source to extend beyond the base of the pan. Do not pre-heat empty pans. Use only low to moderate heat, extremely high temperatures will damage the surface. Use only plastic, silicone, or wooden utensils, metal will damage the surface. If pan severely overheats do not touch it but turn off the cooker and leave to cool completely before removing. Allow the pan to cool completely after each use. Plunging a hot pan into cold water can cause irreparable warping. Do not use abrasive cleaners as this could damage the surface. Pans are dishwasher safe, but hand washing is recommended to preserve the appearance of your cookware. Burnt on food should be removed by soaking in warm soapy water.
